Blonde Ale -- 4.5%
Crisp, clean, and balanced. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and lightly hopped.
Lager -- 4.5%
Brewed with the oldest heirloom German malt (Weyermann Isaria 1924). Notes of fresh baked bread, hay, and a touch of caramel.

Cream Ale -- 5.0%
Brewed with pilsner and flaked corn, a straw-colored beer with hints of fresh baked bread and subtle corn sweetness. Smooth and easy-drinking.

Red Lime Saison -- 6.0%
We sourced red limes from Orange Grove Plantation in St. Helena Island and paired this unique citrus fruit with our house saison yeast blend. The zest was added to the boil, and the juice added in post fermentation for more flavor and a touch of acidity. Expect flavors of banana, orange, and a touch of lime acid on the finish.
Watermelon Mint Gose -- 4.2%
Sour wheat ale made with 100% South Carolina grain from Palmetto Malt. Maldon sea salt was added to the boil, and a touch of fresh mint and over 100 pounds of watermelon from Boone Hall Farms were added at the end of fermentation.

Fruited Sour -- 5.5%
Mango, tangerine, and Brazilian guava were added during fermentation creating a tart, fruity, and refreshing summertime drinker.

English Brown Ale -- 4.9%
A host of different malts combine to create a dark ale with tons of flavor. Wheat and oats help to fortify the body, with notes of pumpernickel bread, baker’s chocolate, and a subtle roast.

Local Pale Ale -- 5.2%
A reboot of our series of single malt, single hop pale ales highlighting the gorgeous grain from Carolina Malt House and citrus aroma and flavor from using only Citra hops.

Kolsch -- 5.5%
Brewed with traditional ingredients, then dry hopped with Citra to enhance the fruitier notes of the yeast profile. Clean and easy drinking, this crisp kolsch ends with a burst of mango, grapefruit, and lime.

Stout -- 6.5%
Fermented with coconut and local whole beans from Riptide Coffee. Refreshing even on a warm spring day with notes of roast and dark chocolate.
Hazy Pale Ale -- 5.0%
Ample amounts of Citra and Cashmere were added to the whirlpool and dry hop, but not the boil, creating bursting melon and orange flavors with very low bitterness.

Dry-Hopped Lager -- 6.2%
A clean and crisp lager that we dry-hopped after being cold fermented with Motueka, Mosaic, and Mandarina Bavaria.

New England IPA -- 6.0%
Hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Citra. Notes of grapefruit, gooseberry, and sweet fruit.
New England IPA -- 6.2%
A celebration of Citra hops, which were used exclusively in this one. We added them to the end of the boil and then abundantly dry-hopped for bright flavors of orange, mango, and stonefruit.
