Helles Lager -- 5.0%
Clean and crisp traditional beer brewed with pilsner malt providing notes of honey, cracker, and fresh bread. Lightly hopped with German noble hops which bring a slight floral and lemon characteristic.
Pub Ale -- 4.0%
Classic English ale brewed to highlight the essence of our house IPA yeast. We kept the hops to a minimum to allow Golden Promise malt and the stone fruit esters of our yeast shine through. Perfect beer for enjoying any kinda of football.

Smoked Peach Sour -- 4.8%
A german-style ale (Lichtenhainer) that's slightly sour and brewed with malts that were smoked with cherry, pecan and maple wood. We then added peaches to the fermenter for a delicious smoked sour beer with a touch of peach sweetness.
Belgian Single -- 5.7%
Our version of a Patersbier (meaning “father’s beer”). Brewed with a blend of barely, wheat, oats and a beautiful yeast strain from a Belgian Trappist brewery all of which produces a lively and effervescent ale. Notes of bread and hay from the grist combine with bubblegum, banana, and spicy yeast contributions.
Belgian Tripel -- 9.0%
Strong golden ale brewed in the tradition of classic Belgian Tripels but we replaced the typical candi sugar with blueberry blossom honey. Expect hints of sweet berry, floral honey, and spice with a dry finish.
Smoked Rye Lager -- 4.8%
A combination of beautiful malts sourced from our friends at Riverbend Malt House. Pilsner lays a nice crackery base for the rye malt to shine. This lager drinks velvet smooth with a touch of spice leading into a sweet, subtle smoke provided by the addition of orangewood smoked rye.
Session IPA -- 4.2%
Brewed with pilsner, wheat, malted oats and a clean ale yeast. Dry hopped with heaps of Strata and a handful of Columbus. Expect notes of peach, orange, and a hefty dose of dank.
Pale Ale -- 5.0%
Brewed with Riverbend Malt House's Base Camp 2-Row barley and then hopped with nothing but a whole bunch of Galaxy for loads of tropical and citrus flavors and aromas with a dry finish.
West Coast IPA -- 6.6%
Crisp and bright with a balanced bitterness. Chinook and Idaho 7 hops provide a punch of pine and hints of grapefruit and tangerine.
New England IPA -- 7.0%
A juicy punch of peach, passionfruit, and citrus flavors from generous dry-hopping with Galaxy, Mosaic, and Vic Secret. Pillowy mouthfeel from oats and wheat with mild bitterness on the backend.
New England IPA -- 6.0%
Dry-hopped with Cashmere, Comet, and Citra for notes of melon, apricot and citrus fruits with a smooth bitterness.
Czech Dark Lager -- 5.4%
This is the commercial release of the Colonial Cup 2021 homebrew competition winner, an annual event that we hosted in April! Out of 146 entries, brewer Colin Pashia took home Best in Show so he joined us to recreate this award winning beer on our 5bbl system.
Top quality bohemian malts marry together in a dark yet sessionable lager. Expect floral notes from Czech Saaz hops, smooth roast and sweetness from the malt.
Coffee Stout -- 4.0%
Lowcountry Coffee Roasters provided us with single origin Brazilian Bob-o-Link beans which we added generous amounts of to the fermenter. The result is iced coffee in beer form with notes of soft chocolate, light roast and subtle fruity undertones.
Fruited Sour -- 5.0%
A tart wheat ale that showcases beautiful freshness and acidity of limes, with the earthy and woodsy flavors imparted from juniper berries. Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt from our friends at Riverbend Malt House in Asheville. This beer will transport you to your favorite gin joint.
