Light Lager -- 4.5%
Helles lager brewed using all German grain and hops. Named after the area that later became known as Mount Pleasant.
Mexican Lager -- 4.5%
Easy-drinking light lager brewed with pilsner malt and Hickory King Corn.
Fruited Sour -- 5.2%
Tart kettle-soured ale to which we added heaps of pureed peach and mango.
Wheat Ale -- 5.5%
Belgian-inspired ale brewed with whole oranges and coriander. This beer won a 𝗚𝗢𝗟𝗗 𝗠𝗘𝗗𝗔𝗟 at the 2024 South Carolina Brewer’s Cup, a statewide brewery competition, in the category of Standard American Beer.
Dunkel -- 5.4%
Collaboration brewed with our friends at The Brew Cellar in North Charleston. German dark lager with notes of chocolate, roast, and bread.
Saison -- 6.8%
We took our original award-winning saison and gave it a makeover. This version is higher in alcohol, but retains its refreshing fruity character and effervescence.
German Pilsner -- 5.3%
Naturally carbonated, made with all German ingredients.
New England IPA -- 5.5%
Dry-hopped with Citra and Motueka created a crushable hazy ale with a punch of tropical fruit flavor and very little bitterness.
Guava Hazy IPA -- 6.5%
We added puréed guava fruit to this tropical IPA, which was also hopped with Elani, a new variety that imparts notes of pineapple, lime, and orange.
New England IPA -- 6.2%
A celebration of Citra hops, which were used exclusively in this one. We added them to the end of the boil and then abundantly dry-hopped for bright flavors of orange, mango, and stonefruit.
West Coast IPA -- 7.0%
Hopped with Amarillo, Chinook, CTZ, and Simcoe.
West Coast IPA -- 7.2%
Our flagship clean and crisp IPA, hopped with CTZ, Citra, Mosaic, and Amarillo. Bright citrus and pine aroma and flavor with a dry, slightly bitter finish.
Double Hazy IPA -- 8.0%
Dry-hopped with three New Zealand varieties — Nectaron, Rakau, and Wai-iti. Bursting with big tropical fruit flavor and aroma with a creamy and full mouthfeel.
